Funding Your Franchise
We help you explore a range of proven ways to fund your franchise — here are the most popular options:
401(k) Rollovers
Use retirement funds to invest in your business tax- and penalty-free. This option lets you access pre-tax dollars, avoid loan interest, and still keep your nest egg growing. It can also strengthen your eligibility for SBA or unsecured loans. Fast setup — often within a few weeks.
Unsecured Loans
Also known as signature loans, these require no collateral — just strong credit. Ideal for those with a 700+ score, low credit utilization, and clean credit history. Funding possible in as little as 2 weeks.
SBA Loans
The SBA backs up to 90% of your loan, making it more appealing to lenders. Great for franchise funding, though it typically takes 60–90 days to secure.
Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC)
Tap into your home's equity to access lower-cost funding. Setup usually takes 30–60 days, with interest rates based on credit and equity.

FAQ
What does it cost to work with The Franchise Force?+
Nothing — ever. Our guidance is 100% free for you, from the first conversation through signing day. No fees, no invoices, no fine print.
If it's free for me, who pays you?+
The franchisor does — it works just like a seller's agent in real estate. When you buy a home, the seller pays the agents' commissions, yet you still get full representation as the buyer. Franchising is the same: if you decide to join a brand, that franchisor pays The Franchise Force a placement fee. Your side of the table costs you nothing.
Do I pay more because you're involved?+
No. A franchise's fees are set in its Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and are identical whether you arrive through a consultant or walk in the front door on your own. Working with us simply means you have an experienced guide — at the exact same price.
Am I obligated to buy anything?+
Never. You're exploring — we're here to simplify it, not sell it. Whether you move forward, pivot, or decide now's not the time, you'll have support at every step.
What happens on the first call?+
It's a conversation, not a pitch. We'll talk through your goals, interests, experience, and investment range — and you'll leave with a clearer picture of whether franchising even makes sense for you. What happens next is entirely your call.
